Extension, not extraction.
Your conversations are not raw material for advertising or behavioural profiles. TalkGraph processes them to return something useful to you: a map, a Brain and knowledge that compounds. We measure the product by what it helps you create, not by what it can learn about you.

Transcribe
Deepgram converts the live audio into text. The transcript becomes the source used to build your map.

Structure
TalkGraph's AI structuring layer uses an approved language model to identify ideas, decisions, actions, questions and relationships.

Store & control
Supabase stores your account, maps and Brain. You decide what to correct, export, share, revoke or delete.
Vercel delivers the application. Resend is used for account and product email, while Stripe handles payment details when you subscribe.
PROTECTION
Security at each boundary
Technical controls are paired with plain rules about access, sharing and processor use.
Account isolation
Row-level database policies restrict normal access to the signed-in owner. Privileged server routes also verify ownership before reading or changing private content.
Encryption
Traffic is protected with TLS and the managed database is encrypted at rest. Your words are protected while moving between services and while stored.
Deliberate sharing
A graph stays private until you create a read-only share link. Revoke it or rotate it and the previous link stops working.
Limited service access
Powerful database credentials remain on the server. Each listed processor receives only the information needed to perform its specific role.
YOUR CONTROL
Your knowledge remains workable
Privacy should be something you can use directly, rather than a promise hidden in legal text.
Correct
Edit inaccurate cards and participant names directly. Your corrections take precedence over generated structure.
Take it with you
Export a graph to PNG, PDF or Markdown. Your knowledge remains usable outside TalkGraph.
Delete
Deleting removes a graph from the live database. Residual encrypted backup copies cycle out within 30 days.
Close access
Turn off a public link at any time or mint a fresh one. You control whether a shared graph remains reachable.

TalkGraph processes your data to provide the service you requested. UK data-protection law gives you rights over that information, and several are already available inside the product.
