TALKGRAPH FOR EMAIL

Talk it through. Send the email.

After a meeting, TalkGraph drafts the follow-up from your map: a short summary, the decisions, each action with its owner and the open questions. Talked through an idea on your own? The outreach email agent turns it into an email with one clear ask. You read it, edit it and send it.

Why the email after the meeting takes so long

The conversation was the easy part. Writing it up means working out who agreed to what, picking the decisions out of the discussion and turning it all into something people will read. So the email goes out late, or not at all, and half of what was agreed drifts.

An AI email writer that starts from a blank prompt doesn't help much either: you have to explain the meeting all over again. TalkGraph already has the structure, because it mapped the conversation while it happened.

How it works

  1. 1
    Talk

Map a meeting, a call or your own thinking out loud. Decisions, actions, owners and questions land as typed cards while you speak.

  2. 2
    Open Notes

One press writes up the session: summary, decisions, actions with owners and open questions (a flat 5 nodes).

  3. 3
    Draft the email

Press "Draft follow-up email" and TalkGraph writes a subject line and a short email from the map and the write-up. Drafting is free.

  4. 4
    Edit and send

Copy it into your email app, change anything you like, and send. Not quite right? Redraft it.

An email that matches what was said

Built only from your conversation

The draft is based strictly on your map and write-up, so it reflects what was actually said instead of filling gaps with guesses.

Actions with owners

Each action is listed with the person who took it on: the part of a follow-up that matters most and is easiest to get wrong.

Short enough to read

A greeting, two or three sentences of summary, then bulleted decisions, actions and open questions, kept under 200 words.

In the language you spoke

The email is drafted in the language of the conversation, across the 50+ languages TalkGraph transcribes.

Pitch your idea by email

Talk your idea through, then run the Outreach email agent: a subject line and a 90 to 140 word email with a personal opening, one concrete claim your map supports and one clear ask, plus a second version with a different angle (15 nodes). Details it can't know, like the recipient's name, are marked as gaps for you to fill.

Free to draft

Drafting and redrafting the email doesn't use nodes. Only the Notes write-up it's built from does.

What the draft contains

SubjectA specific subject line drawn from the conversation.
SummaryTwo or three sentences on what the conversation covered and concluded.
DecisionsEach decision that was settled, as a bullet.
ActionsEvery action with its owner's name.
QuestionsWhat's still unresolved, so nothing gets quietly dropped.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI write my follow-up email from a meeting?

Yes. TalkGraph maps the meeting as you talk, and from the Notes write-up it drafts a follow-up email with a summary, decisions, actions with owners and open questions. You edit and send it yourself.

Can it write an email from my own thoughts, not a meeting?

Yes. Talk your idea or plan through on your own, then open Agents and choose Outreach email. You get two short versions, each with one clear ask, built only from what you said. For a recap of a solo session, the follow-up email works too.

Does it send the email for me?

No. You copy the draft into your own email app and send it, so you always read it first.

Is it free?

Drafting the follow-up email is free; it's built from the Notes write-up, which uses a flat 5 nodes. The outreach email agent is 15 nodes. The free plan includes 250 nodes a month. The draft ends with "Sent with TalkGraph", which you can delete.
