DOCS

Talk. See it organised. Keep building on it.

That's the whole loop. Everything below is detail - you can learn it after your first session, not before.

The loop

1
Talk

Press Start talking and speak naturally - a meeting, a lecture, thinking out loud. No commands, no formatting, no bot joining a call.

2
See it organised

While you speak, the AI draws your words as connected cards: ideas, facts, decisions, actions, questions, risks. You watch your thinking take shape live.

3
Keep building on it

Every finished map feeds your Brain - one growing picture of everything you've discussed. The next conversation starts where the last one left off, instead of from zero.

Your first session

  1. Start. Open the app, give the session a title if you like, and press Start talking. The mic needs one permission tap the first time.
  2. Just speak. Talk the way you normally would. Hedged thoughts ("maybe we could…") appear as faded drafts; commit to them out loud and they settle into solid cards.
  3. Steer when you want to. Every card has a number. Say "back to number 3" or "branch off 2" and the next points attach exactly where you meant.
  4. Edit anything. Tap a card to rename it, rewrite its text, drag it to a new parent, or delete it. Your edits are the ground truth - the AI builds on them and never silently undoes them.
  5. Finish. Press Finish when you're done. You get the decisions, actions with owners, and open questions - and the map joins your Brain.

Reading the map

Every card is typed, so a glance tells you what kind of point it was:

TOPICThe subject being discussed - the root a branch hangs from.
IDEAA possibility someone raised.
FACTSomething stated as true.
DECISIONA commitment someone made.
ACTIONA task someone has to do - with an owner and a done-box.
QUESTIONAn open unknown worth answering.
RISKA stated worry.
PRAISERecognition directed at a person - credited to them.
CHARTNumbers someone compared out loud, drawn as bars.

Two more marks matter: a dashed, faded card is a draft - the speaker hedged, and it settles when they commit. A card tagged ✨ AI suggestion was proposed by TalkGraph, not said by you - accept it, edit it, or delete it. You said it, TalkGraph heard it hedged, or TalkGraph suggested it: always visibly different things.

The words we use

TalkGraph has its own small vocabulary. Each term is one concrete thing:

NodeOne card on your map. A single idea, decision, fact or question. Nodes are what plans meter - everything else is free.
GraphOne conversation's map. A tree of nodes that you can edit, share, export and come back to.
Your BrainEverything you've discussed, connected across conversations. Finished graphs feed it automatically; you can see it as a constellation and ask it questions.
NeuronOne idea in your Brain. The nodes you map feed neurons - mention the same idea in three conversations and it's still one neuron, three conversations strong.
SynapseA connection between ideas you've discussed. It appears when two ideas keep showing up together.
StrengthenedYou've encountered this idea in multiple conversations. Strengthened ideas glow brighter in the constellation.
FadingAn idea you haven't visited in 30+ days visually fades - nothing is ever deleted. Workouts surface fading ideas first, so you actively recall them before they slip away.
WorkoutRetrieval practice over your own ideas: say them back before revealing the card. Testing yourself beats re-reading - that's the science the product is built on.
AskQuestion-answering grounded only in what you've actually said - in one graph, or across your whole Brain, with citations that link to the exact cards.

Doing more

Import anythingPDF, DOCX, TXT, VTT transcripts, or audio files - old material maps retroactively and feeds your Brain the same way live speech does.
Share a mapOne tap makes a read-only link; making the graph private again kills the link instantly. Viewers can copy the map to their own account.
ExportAny graph exports to PNG or PDF. Your Brain constellation exports too. No lock-in.
Follow-up emailAfter a meeting, TalkGraph drafts the follow-up: summary, decisions, actions with owners, open questions.
50+ languagesLive capture works in 50+ languages, and maps are written in the language you speak.

Nodes and plans

You spend nodes only when new cards are created - from speech, imports or AI expansion. Asking, workouts, editing and sharing are always free. Free plan: 250 nodes a month. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

The best way to learn it is to say something.
